» Poem: Slipping
Slipping
written by Poison Ivy
10:56 PM 9/12/04
I hear the shadows creeping
as i sit here weeping
you took away my life
my future, my dreams
and now no one hears my silent screams.

How could you sell me out?
How could you let me be the one to fall?
I thought i knew you
but i guess i was wrong

you made me disappear
to go away and never come back
i grind my teeth in frustration
im going insane!

And i blame you
you tried to bring my fate ahead of schedule
and i think its working
im ready to fall, ready to fall
fall into the darker side of myself
save me! Oh wait, you wont save me
you caused this!
im running out of time
im slipping
wont anyone save me?!
