War

screams,
shattered
dreams.
lost in
life.
i'll grab
my knife
slit the wounds
that are healing.
i cant just
keep dealing.
i wont be done
till pain subsides
even if that means
to take my own life.
i just cant
take this anymore.
i've been through
this all before.
the yelling
and fighting,
hate crashes
like lightning.
my head starts
to hurt
i'll be dead
for sure
by the end
of this night.
i'll be the better person
i'll end this fight.
i'll end this struggle
this everlasting war.
i'll hit the floor,
close the door
to all of my fears,
i'll close it on you.
you brought me down
and theres nothing you can do
its all over
and i'll be gone
i surrender
you have won. |
