Black Rainbow
written by Poison Ivy12:40 AM 9/14/04provoker of evils evolution
and soldier of the gates of hell
slave to the black palace
and no reason to repent
no moral sense to sin
and a crippled little blood cloud of a heart
secretive in my tears
and never afraid to bleed
Shakespeare’s words speak of death
and of love
but there’s no such thing
all the unbelievers will soon see
there is a force to fear
but in the valley of death we are free
bony fingers being pointed at me
but i return the thought by flipping them off
imitation of my dreams and the secrets i hold
the right murdered dolls
and spilling stuffing
broken bottons hanging out of place
and that’s just how i love it
Heaven wasn’t made for me
never was and never will
save me from the nothingness of my solitude
when isolation is the breathing mask of our youth
so breathe deep, children
in our true best friends |
