Virginity

because not many people are
i dont want to follow the crowd
their all left with an eternal scar
i'm still innocent
maybe not all the time
but i know my limits
most people arent worth a dime
people i know
say the regret it
wishing they had saved themselves
and used their wit
why do you feel
you must give yourself away
to win someones affection
so that you can stay?
if the person really cared about you
and not what you can offer
then why would they ask you to do that
why would they even bother?
when the time comes
and things are just right
then go ahead and do it
but not if its just love at first sight
i think you need to love that person
before you can give them your whole self
you need to set the limits
if you respect yourself
you dont need to prove yourself
to anyone but you
you dont need someone else
to help you get through
you dont need to follow the crowd
just to fit in
i didnt do the "cool" thing
but people still respect me within |

i am a virgin and i dont have a problem with it ... i think a lot of people have sex because they feel the pressure to fit in ... well you need to stand up for yourself ... dont always give in ... leave comments
