» Poem: Where the demons dwell
Where the demons dwell
written by Poison Ivy
04:12 AM 9/18/04
i hear the voices whisper in my ear
telling me a truth i can?t handle.
In the caves of the cursed
is where i now hide.
Hoping for a new dawn
in a world with no sun, moon, nor stars.
A black blanket covers my eyes
and hides my dignity away from me.
i enter the doorway to my death
as i willingly walk among the damned.
I want to be one of them.
To have a heart and mind the is cold and like stone
as i practice to dine with the monsters.
I crawl on the ground to join them
where the demons dwell...
