behind this i'm sick

But don’t wanna think about it
Cause I want to be happy
Even when its fake
I wanna pretend Im not sick
Cause I just know I am
Thats why I cut myself again
But behind that cut is a fake smile
A fake smile I love
And you cant see trough
Cause you see a better me
You think Im not sick
So I put my fake smile up
And pretend Im happy
Cause then we al feel better.. |
