» Poem: dad
dad
written by lost_cause

You left me when I was so small
You weren't around when I started to fall
You should have helped me more
You shouldn't have walked out that door
I was so little, I was so young
I needed you, dad, Like a second lung
I hated you leaving, I wanted to cry
I hated you so much, I wished you would die
Now you want to see me, I don't want to see you
What were you thinking? What did you do?
No more of these games, commit or not
When I feel you are lucky I was caught
Not by you though, Why not?
I needed you, dad, a lot...
