» Poem: Misery Because of Love
Misery Because of Love
written by Zandria
01:25 AM 9/25/04
(Refrain) I can’t stop thinking of you,
Everywhere I look, I see, those eyes of blue.
No matter how hard I try,
I hear your voice, almost every night.
Why is it I always cry when thinking of you? ,
It’s so hard to face the dang truth.

May as well hide beneath the sea,
or runaway for a plane to New Jersey.
Thanks to this love I have for you,
Misery overshadow’s me all the way through.

Why do I feel so alone without you by my side?
I always feel like one of the despised.
This misery I carry on my shoulder,
is like a huge heavy boulder.
I’ll never be free from its curse,
It’ll only get worse and worse.

(Refrain)

What’s the point in me loving,
if the one I love is gone?
I guess I’ll have no choice,
But to be miserable alone.
