» Poem: my queen
my queen
written by Trapezium

I wrote some words,
I want you to hear,
I've even rehearsed it,
Now to overcome my fear.

I think of your voice,
Your pretty smile,
Staring into those eyes,
And smiling back all the while.

I remember looking at your face,
While you climbed the tree,
I remember wishing that,
Baby you were kissing me.

I loved watching you,
And smiling at you when I could,
I remember daydreaming of you,
When I have the chance to ask I really wish I would.

I've promised myself I'll do it tommorow,
Show you how much you mean,
I'll call you gorgeous once again,
Baby be my queen.
