SUICIDE AND DEPRESSION

There are Too Many people Depressed These Days,
Things never used to be this way,
If they were no-one dared to say,
Nowadays theres help everywhere,
If you need it, use it...there are people who care,
Don't spend your time crying aout your problems,
Ask someone to help and get rid of them,
Stop your depression dead in its track,
Be happy and glad, stop it coming back,
Also people will miss you if you die,
Please hear my words for I do not lie,
Help is out there,
People care,
Do not continue letting your life be ruined by Depression,
Do not continue to let yourself think of commiting Suicide,
Please think of your life as something more important,
This is all I ask, This is all I want....

I used to de seriously Depressed and Suicidal. Everyday was like a lifetime of torture, pain and more. I felt no-one understood me, no-one cared and no-one could help. Then I started seeing a counciler etc and my life changed. Just talking about my feelings to some-one who cares and listens felt grgeat. He even helped change my ideas. I used to not want to get married or have kids, and I didn't want to live past 25. I now want to marry and have a few children, and live to a good age. I wrote this poem for those of you who do feel depressed, suicidal, down etc....please seek help, its worth it. Happiness is the greatest thing, and I hope one day it will spread to everyone across the globe. | well, i like the poem but... i don't want to commit sucide just cuz i am sad i also love death and i don't wanna ask fo rhelp my rhink sif a person even says they want to die she thinks they are freaks
