they left me alone

with access to all the
knives, pills, and tools.
i cut my arms
overdosed on pills
and rammed a nail through my head.
then i went to lie down in bed
with blood pouring out of my head.
when my parents got home,
they thought i was asleep
but when they went to
wake me up,
my sheets were blood red
and i was dead
as can be. |
