drowning

suffocating,
i look up
but don't see the light
i'm cut off from the world
swimming in my sorrows
there is something
keeping me down
fading,
dying,
i struggle
trying to find my way out
i'm kept down
twisting and turning
hoping to be let out
but i'm not .... |
