» Poem: Good Morning
Good Morning
written by Sugar Free
10:45 PM 10/4/04
To wake up every morning is disgraceful
I wish dawn would wait just one more hour
So when the sun comes out, my mind is full;
But when I cannot sleep, I feel sour

My mind is full of creative things
only seeping out under the covers
The way my dreams spin me around
The sun can only bring me down

With open eyes I see it shineing
too see the purple majesties atop
I see it's beautiful, I'm realizing
So out of bed I need to flop
