Swallowing two pills
Going down throat
Wait for results
Ten minutes later
Rapid heart beat
Leg begins shaking
Sudden energy burst
Pupils get huge
Hands get cold
Horrible blood circulation
Fingers turn purple
Squeeze tight fists
Let go, repeat
Energy level souring
Nowhere to go
Nonstop rapid conversations
Breathing gets faster
This shits great
One more pill
Effects more noticeable
Eyes can’t focus
Completely wound up
Going for walk
I begin slurring
Thank you dude
My latest drugs
Three ADHD pills
The next day
Same effects apply
Energy dies down
My stomach churns
Think I’m gunna spew
I lean forward
I hadn’t eaten
So no puke
Tired all day
Feeling like shit
Then next weekend
Do it again! |
