i waste my time

sitting by the phone
waiting for you to call
like you always say you will
but you never do
i waste my time
waiting for you to come around
come to make my day better
but you never do.
you make it worse by not showing up.
i waste my time
thinking about you
not being able to concentrate on anything but you.
i waste my time
wondering what you're doing
if you're out with another girl..
or if you're sitting at home wondering about me too...
i waste my time
waiting for you
waiting for you to say how you feel
hoping you feel the same that i do
waiting for you to say you love me too
waiting for you to save me
waiting for you to treat me right..
i guess i'm just wasting my time on you... |
