Sick of trying

I cry as I burn with the fire attained
Sizzling flesh set me free for a while
Still there's no will to laugh or smile
Tears fall to my lips leaving a black trail
Each time I think of how I wronged or failed
Pain makes me realize that I'm still alive
It gives me the strength to try and survive
I don't want to live if it takes this much effort
I'm sick of trying when everything hurts |
