my plea

in my heart sorrow is all i see.
in my body, these feelings i can not say.
why am i changing, what is wrong with me?
my feelings seem to be empty.
my anger hurts my eyes.
day to day i get irritated.
fed up of the worlds stupid lies.
depression im sure of it, but the question is why?
this is something i cant handle alone.
the world is my garden, but all i see is weeds.
this feeling is killing me, the cure unknown.
i find it hard to talk about me.
to let the others understand.
i know im stronger than this, i know i can get through.
im never giving up, im not ready for the heavenly land.
my past has been but sorrow.
from near death, heartbreak and all.
but even tho i hurt her, my love still has yet to die.
the pain from that is what hurts the most.
love is supposed to pick you up, not make you fall.
my head spins like a ferris wheel.
my soul gone like a ghost.
my heart is but an odd numbered jigsaw.
i've lost my conscience and spiritual host.
the world isnt against me i know.
for im the one against it.
alone in my battle, my own great war.
the missing piece of my jigsaw, she has the key that shall fit.
i take my daily bread, i drink thy daily wine.
this poem is my voice, for context i can not say.
it seems im stuck in limbo, with no way out or in.
the poison in my head, please make it go away.
the pain is killing me, but none do listen.
even when i try to say, i cant get it right.
some one read this poem, for this is how i feel.
lead me back into the day, and out of this killing night.
i shall never give up this fight, or lose my dying war.
the penalty is to high to try.
so help me please, its now up to you.
this poem is the truth, not an attention seeking lie. |
