Suddenly I let go,
after hanging on so long,
I didn't know,
what I was about to do was wrong,
I heard them at my funeral,
saying how you cried that night,
wondering when it was,
that you began to lose sight,
you became blind to how I really felt,
and deaf to all my pleas,
surrounded by tear filled faces,
I now know needed me,
so remember me,
the next time you wanna let go,
and finally see,
that you'll never really know,
you may be needed,
you may be loved,
generously looked down on,
because of prayers to those above...
I should have known I was needed,
