» Poem: Cemetary
Cemetary
written by izzzy

As I watch the cemetary
I feel sorry for the people
who have lost their lives
And I hope that people visit the overgrown graves

As I walk in the cemetary
I sit, listen and wait to see
who comes and visits the graves
And I watch the one that sits and cries for their lost loved one

As I lay in the garden of the cemetary
I watch the dark gloomy clouds
Overcome the baby blue sky
It rains and I go hide from the storm

As I go back to where I belong in the cemetary
I remember how nice life was
When I was alive
You often forget those things

Author's footnotes and comments on this Poem:
I imagine athe person in the poem to be a little girl who has died and has returned as a ghost. She plays amoungst the headstones and watches the people visit others but she is always left behind. No one visits her grave
