Death's Beauty
written by pongster18204:18 AM 10/15/04Sitting in the cold corner,
I listen to the shadow's whispers.
He's telling me of death...
and how wonderful and beautifully it would
fall upon my horrible and ugly life.
He asked me if I wanted the gift early...
I thought about it,
thought about my friends,
family...
What kind of people are my "friends"?!
Does my "family" even care?!
Nobody's ever given me a gift so tempting,
so beautiful and so pure.
Death...a gift that will drain out my pain,
my tears,
my life.
Life...it was once a power I thought was great,
until I stumbled on its sorrows
and obstacles I wasn't ready for.
Maybe death is best for me,
life isn't right anymore. |
