In your eyes

about red, blue, yellow and pink
and wonder what color i'll see
when i look at you looking at me
sometimes it's yellow
you're so bright when you smile
and then you glow red
meaning love is worthwhile
but when you are blue
i musn't talk- just be near
because thats when you're down
when i might catcha tear
when you are jealous
you're covered with green
through orange it's jokes
and always laughter i've seen
when you're clouded with gray
- me you don't see
i move out of your way
now alone you must be
all these you've been painted before
not just those there are many more
i'm not colorblind and i see you so clear
the light and the darkness will always be there |
