Ice-Bound

No bonfires blaze in this chamber,
yet the hidden fires burn in the darkness about.

The hard ground's icy blades
shine with moonlight
full of promise,
any snow will reflect even brighter silver.

May the decreasing hours of darkness
bring increased potency
to the nocturnal workings they will contain...
