» Poem: If I were you
If I were you
written by izzzy

Can't you see through my eyes?
The constant shade of blue
Depressing those feelings and anxiety
To fall back onto the true

Can't you feel as I do?
The sincerity of how I feel
Of how I know, of what I will
Of what is oh so real

Can't you talk through my mouth?
Or is it too absurd
To hear the strange sounds
In the formation of a single word

Can't you hear through my ears?
The muffled sounds I hear
The depressing voices, all those words
The soft and silent tear

Can't you die as I die?
Or is it too much for you
All the pain and suffering
But I'd try if I were you...
