» Poem: My memories
My memories
written by izzzy

There's a love and it surrounds us here
There's a hope I hold in my hands
But here is the end of an era
And that has made our choices so much clearer

From here our journeys are ending
From here our journeys have just begun
As we go our separate ways
As nights turn into days
I know I'll have one thing
My memories

From here we grow and prosper
From here we life and flourish
As time will pass us by
As we learn how to fly
I know I'll have one thing
My memories

I'll never forget the times we shared
Those times we cried
Those times we cared
I'll live my whole life through
Just to think of what I should do
To remember you
In my memories
