» Poem: It means nothing at all
It means nothing at all
written by cryptic_misery

I've truimphed my limits
Exceeded past the walls
Conquered my fears
Yet it means nothing at all

I've scorned away from the darkness
Get right up when I fall
Completed the impossible puzzle
Yet it means nothing at all

Said goodbye to myself, the dying rose
As I walked down that dreadful hall
Finally I was able to put down the razor
Yet it means nothing at all

I've done so much to stop myself from the end
Because I heard my name, that you call
But now that you are gone away
It means nothing at all

Author's footnotes and comments on this Poem:
I wrote this for my dad a while ago, Because I was just nothing to him, and still am nothing to him. I have done all these things to change myself, to stop hurting myself, to be a better person, just for him, because he is my dad, so I thought he'd change too... well I was wrong, because no matter what I do, in his eyes, it means nothing at all
