can't win

Held up my chin
Fought my way through life
But I still can't win
I've conquered the darkness
Put on my fake grin
Gave up everything I knew
But I still can't win
I've exceeded your expectations
Never lettering hope run thin
I've done everything to please you
But I still can't win
I've never let you push me down
Not letting you get to me within
I put up with your crap
But I still can't win
I can't take it anymore
I can't life within this skin
I'm going to give up and never try
Because I'm never going to win |

| i liked it alot. i liked how you kept repeating your main point, which is obious that you can't win. not many people on this site repeat their main idea. it's not only really good, but true. good work. |
