Lease on life

I don't want to tell or live a lie
I don't want to be this way you see
All I want is to be, me
I want to live, to strive, to give
I want to cope, to try and hope
I want to wish and be alright
All I want is to survive the night |

I see a person in rehab of some kind, who is given another lease on live after an attempted suicide and they are talking to their shrink about it, their new found survival. However it doesn't stay like this for long, many go into relapses.
