» Poem: Crowds so lonely
Crowds so lonely
written by izzzy

I wonder why I find crowds so lonely
The closeness makes me realise
That life's just not what it seems
That you may not know anyone
in that crowd
That the world is so huge
That it is so incomprehensable to feel
it's magnitude
When we are so small

I often wonder why I find silence so comforting
It may feel awkward
But siting in silence calms and soothes the tension
It is often needed in times of despair
You may just want to be alone
