» Poem: Something more
Something more
written by izzzy
06:40 AM 10/19/04
Nothing I have is truly mine
It has been someone elses before
I'm not complaining, I think it's fine
But I want something more
Possession /is/ nine tenths of the law
But who owns anything in this world?
Money is but an object and is getting a bore
I told you before, I want more

Author's footnotes and comments on this Poem:
I was in this real questioning mood in which I looked and saw that we truly don't need any money nor do we need any posessions. We just need ourselves. Society today is so capitalist it's not funny. I think some people just need to stop and breathe and realise this.
