» Poem: Relic Faith
Relic Faith
written by izzzy

Relic Faith
A glimmer of the past
thought to be forever
Some knew it never last
Bound by long friendships
By belief, strong and true
By hope and love forever
By the presence of you
The reincarnated believer
Standing straight and tall
Confident, determined
Watched by all
Silence befalls the believer
Standing in front of the crowd
For you found your final calling
And their presence makes you proud

Author's footnotes and comments on this Poem:
I always wanted to be in a band, only because I can sing (I was asked if I would sing in a choir that would travel but I couldn't for personal reasons) and I always wanted it to be called relic faith because it would allow me to do so many things.
