in the beginning

Do i let my mind take over again?
Or do i let emotion take control...
i know that i'm probly makin this bigger than it is
but when it comes to this kinda thing
it should be clear what to do
i'm lookin through the crystal, and yet
everything is still blurry
i see a face on the other side
but who is it?
Is it her? Is this it?
Will i? Won't i?
With any option i take
there's a consequence...
i hate it when i have to choose sides
especially in this game
i beat my last opponent
thought i was out of all this
now i'm back in the shit...
and this time,
emotion is takin it to a whole new level
to the point where, now,
there's another path to take
not lookin back, i look forward
and see it, see her,
but she's so far away
my cold heart cannot grasp it
grasp the fact that i just might be hurt
i just might fuck it all up again...
but this time, fate is staring me down
destiny so far ahead, not even my eyes can see
chance is handing this to me
showing me a glimpse of what might be
and what won't...
Lying alone in my room
Don't know what I'm gonna do
Trying to figure out
If this is it, this time
Just can't stop thinking
About the way she makes me feel inside
I just can't get her off my mind
No matter how hard I try
Could she be the one for me
I wanna give her everything
Though I don't have much
I walk around in a daze
The ice is melting from my heart
Can I ever know if she feels the same
Is she the sunshine that's begging me
Come in from the rain
Or has she come into my life
To turn around and take her love away
When I look into her eyes
They tell me that she's mine
but I keep asking myself
Could she, just be
The one for me
This time
......fuck it...
