Useless
written by IceBound03:14 AM 10/22/04so the drama begins...
begins anew,
I'm sorry for the choices that i make.
I meant well,
but in the end you were unhappy.
I wasn't mad at you,
i was mad at myself.
the choice i made wasn't exactly right,
being it never really happened.
I should have left my options open,
now i'm about 20 miles away,
feeling as useless as an umbrella on a sunny day.
my rain doesn't fall here,
it stopped short of a 5min.
phone call this morning.
and i don't blame you,
i blame myself for not realizing,
i could have chose you.
Instead i hid behind the exuse of family.
i'm glad i'm here with them,
but my rain is missing...
soon it will be all round me,
i won't be long... |
