This is my Costume
written by lost_cause10:11 PM 10/26/04This is my costume... The smile I wear to school everyday is like my secret identity. The times I laugh and look so happy are only to distract you from my pain. I don't want you to see the scars and judge me. I want you to love me. Accept who I am and when I cry please don't push me away. It's not very often I will cry on a shoulder. You know me and the sweet girl who laughs a lot. You don't really know me. If you did you wouldn't like me. You would never believe that I hurt so much. The littlest things can bring me pain. I act like it doesn't affect me. I'm lying.
Which in all honesty, I have revealed my costume to you. I am a lie. |
