my best friend

But you’re laughing in pain
Hoping to hide
Everything you’ve gained
You hate everything
And wish to die
I understand why
You feel you must lie
I know so much about you
And I only wish to help
But sometimes I’m so lost
I don’t know how you felt
I see the pain but sometimes
I don’t know why its there
If anything I could take
I would take your despair
I wish you to be happy
And separate hand from knife
If only one thing to give you
I would give you the will of life |
