The Day That I Die
written by johnnyrocks12:36 AM 10/27/04The world as I see it
Has gone dark and gray
The memories of me have faded away
The fuse of my death has been lit
No more hazel eyes shine
As I watch my life decline
My gold complexion dims
And the bad memories untrimmed
As the day goes by
I think of all my lies
My heart weakens with every beat
And now I can't even speak
I take one last breathe, so deep
Then close my eyes for an eternal sleep. |
