A Blankness Unworthy of Hope

Or maybe just the opposite
Been viewing live all wrong
Now it's time to stop with this
Been crying for lost love
Or maybe just gained hate
Bled when I got shoved
I just hope it's not too late

To turn back a little bit of time
To free myself of my own mind
To let go, to stop this cursed torture
Been hoping for a sign of life
Or maybe pleading for my death
Been screaming with uncertain fright
As I hold in my one last breath

Pulling the strands of my life out
Swinging on my rope of doubt
