There is a Warrior

always there, never hiding
but never in the midst of a battle
While your heros blaze
in the bright spotlight of glory
and rise and fall in the legends of time
There is a warrior
always there, never hiding
but never known to the praise of a witness
While history is written
in the books of relevant truths
and those who are raised on pedistals of record
There is a warrior
always there, never hiding
but never invading the stage of events
To seek no fame
in the eyes of all who observe
and even they who stumble on artifacts lost
.........There is a warrior
I say again........
There is a warrior
always there, never hiding
There is a warrrior
but no cause to you is enough to bring so forth |
