» Poem: Fate
Fate
written by pongster182

A lonely girl silently cries about her life,
rubbing the wounds that are ripe.
Life was so great,
too bad
a word existed
such as fate.

Backstabbing friends,
were never there to defend...
her family and life,
which was never right.

Her parents now long gone,
behind bars they did something wrong.
They are great people,
doing what was right
for their kids
and others' lives.

The girl's brothers
are special and unique,
until their life was torn
apart and now they're freaks.

The oldest now sits in the dumps,
figuring out what went wrong.
The three now sit in a little clump,
holding out trying to survive long.

Her other brother has gone insane,
he never realized his life was now in vain.
Thinking and hoping things will always be right,
he lays dead on the cold floor of the night.

Sitting in the darkness
of the blackest streets,
The lonely girl collapses to the
concrete and finally falls asleep.
