You Hear Me but Are You Listening?

I cry,
All the time.
I feel like I'm slowly dying.
I talk to others,
But they just hear me,
They don't know how I really feel.
I keep all my pain inside me,
Its stings,
Like an arrow through my heart.
All I think about is my hurt.
Its killing me to be alone,
But I'm scared, so I'm by myself.
All I do is cry.
Just sitting here wondering why.
