» Poem: fallen
fallen

Falling angel calling for a friend so not to die aloneā€¦ but fell to the floor as a feather drifting down to earth, is she dead? To some but not to her, immortal for life lay in store. The deal was made down she went gracious like a rose opening when in bloom as she fell. Deal with the devil is a deal with life now she still lies in the same place. No one there, no one cares her wings turned black and bent in two her halo replaced with horns as sharp as knives in limbo she lays alone no one herd her call for a friend.
