» Poem: Hidden behind a smile
Hidden behind a smile
written by XpaperdollX
12:35 AM 11/9/04
She took the rope,
Eyes filled with tears,
Warm and slaty,
Slidding down her cheecks,
Anger held in,
She walked around as though she loved life,
But I saw the scars,
It was like nothing I have ever seen before,
so much for knowing the girl who you thought had it all,
I saw her cry in the stalls,
I heard her pray to her God,
"Il Nos dueois",
Admiring her from a far,
Watching her laugh and smile,
Speaking words I did not understand,
Walking home and it's time to face another world,
Looking in the mrrior,
Eyes I have seen before,
This girl was me.
