» Poem: Washed Out World
Washed Out World
written by Psycho_Penguin
08:49 PM 11/15/04
In our washed out world
Hewn in grays and balck
I see you in color;
From the deepest scarlet rose
To the golden sunlight streaming
And the thought of you not here...
I feel your presence on the wind
And I feel you cradle me
Each night in my dreams
And though you're not here
Even though you should be
I hold enough of your heart
To get me through each day
