FYEO

I didn't want anyone to know
There's somethings that are personal like fears
I didn't want you to leave
I did what was best for you
Please forgive my decision
I could only believe what was true
The doctor's said you wouldn't make it
I couldn't stand to see you in this miserable state
You didn't have much more of a life
So I ended your terrible fate
I miss you dearly and think about you often
Sometimes I forget your really gone
I feel that you're still here
I even picture you out on the lawn
You were my best friend
You were like my guardian angel who's time is now up
You were my baby every since our first meeting
Accepting that you're really gone is going to be tough
Please stick around in spirit
It would give me comfort knowing you're watching over me
I've taken care of you for so long
Now it's your turn to take care of my needs |
