broken hearted girl.....

And I see the lies,
The same lies that caused my cries.
I touch your face,
And I remember that place,
That place we used to go,
The secret place we said we would never show,
To anyone else….
I hold your hand,
I am rushed with overwhelming pain that you can never understand,
That pain was never part of the plan.
As I kiss you one last time,
A part of me still wishes you were mine,
But the other part knows that after I put my heart on the line,
and You broke my trust,
My heart is once again beginning to bust,
I will now and forever mistrust.
As I walk away,
I wish so badly I could stay,
But after that day,
The only thing I have to say,
Is please just stay away. |

| Amen. I have perminantly turned my back on love. it causes way too much pain, it's just not worth it. OH and the poem was great. :) |
