leave you with a sorry

Caught between heaven and hell
With nowhere to run from the nightmares
No place to hide from the truth.
No one to catch me when i fall
Nothing to break my landing
Just the cold empty space beside me
You used to stand there.
I tried to fill that lonely space
But it is to late your gone,
You’re never coming back.
My i only wish, please let me have it
Is to take back what i said
And leave you with a sorry instead.
I still dream of you every night
I can still feel your warm touch
But it is slowly fading away from me
I can hear your soft voice calling out my name.
You mean so much to me
Once i meant a lot to you.
I thought we were meant to be
I guess i was wrong
But cant we just go back to how we were. |
