» Poem: Breakthrough
Breakthrough
written by Sugar Free

Just a Princess on her thrown
she lives a simple life
a cookie cutter world
she will never know

everything is straight and neat
all trees planted 4 yards a part
blue skies painted above her head

what must she do to breakthrough?

Love's suicidal kiss stikes a match
a new rage pumps through her veins

she wants to kick them all
rip open the spacious skies
knock down every wall
weeds begin to grow
and her path takes a curve

Only in the darkness hidden beneath
can she see the truth
of the outside world

she longs t breakthrough

she must follow her heart
she must stop listening
and take the fall
