Depression
written by ieatsmellysocks01:55 AM 11/21/04You stand there staring at me
Wondering what has been going on
You stand there laughing at me
Asking me what is wrong
I cannot fight off depression
Your waiting there for my confession
My heart is broken my arm is full of blood
My t-shirt is ripped and my jeans are covered in mud
Some days i feel ok
I might even start to smile
But that feeling only lasts
For a little while
At night i cannot sleep
Im haunted by the secrets i keep
I cannot concentrate
It takes to much effort to hate
I feel hopeless and sometimes numb
I feel worthless i feel dumb
Depression is eating away at my pride
Its killing me,poisoning my insides |
