» Poem: Insanity
Insanity
written by darktinkerbell

This insanity, consumes me
like the cold touch of darkness
on your death bed
it holds me down,
and drowns my innocence.
my body becomes completely limp
and my eyes locked on my thoughts
my heart stops, whenever this insanity
comes close, I shake with fear
I'm scared of losing this insanity
before I feel it's wonderful wrath
it's becoming a part of me
never to go away,
and I hope it stays
this lovely insanity
holds me close,
as if I'm a lost child
somehow, this insanity,
although very different
seems so familiar,
as if I've gone insane before
I recognize the differences
and similatities, of this one,
this time.
This insanity I feel I know all too well,
this insanity.......somehow
is love
