» Poem: Bleeding Heart
Bleeding Heart
written by izzzy
08:42 AM 11/22/04
I hold my heart as I choke
Gripping life while I die
Singing sweetly kissing goodbye
Drowning in happiness as I awoke
Into the brightness of the room
And the outside filled night
In the absence of light
And silence in the gloom
Of death.

Fear becomes your every thought
Your every word, your every action
A numbing sensation fills your limbs
and you wonder what it feels like to die
You will soon.
