Seize

think i found that emotional being
the being on the other side of the exit
that being from which blinded me from seeing
this endless cycle i am bound to
and for once i know how to react
it won't be long we'll meet again so
i'll tell you everything, that i know for a fact
the lies stop here
the truth starts now, with you
every kiss, knowing there's nothing to fear
but this is new to me, didn't have a clue
that even i could be true
not just to myself to the one that i love
my support, my life, my love, you
flew into my life, sweet as a dove
little did i know, you were sent from above
not literally, but you walking into my life
crossed paths, mind like wet cement
every step making an impression, walk with strife
and you held my hand through it all, hear my laments
it's taken a lot to realize
i've been taken to my extent |
